View of 1st and 2nd stage of washer. Stage 1 is 2,500 gallon capacity, 20 Hp motor, 3,000,0000 btu burner with 224 Spray nozzles. Stage 2 is 1,104 gallon capacity, ambient with 112 spray nozzles. Stage 3 is 1,104 gallon capacity, ambient with 112 spray nozzles. Tank was used to adjust ph before discharge.

		Spray to waste Advanced Powder Coatings Inc. powder application booth. Two tribo manual guns One quick change rollaway powder collector. Owner had as many as 20 color changes and chose to spray to waste with this booth. Powder recovery collectors are available for this booth if recovery is desired. Other booths are also available for this system as well as I beam conveyor and or power and free.
