		Advanced Curing Systems 5 Stage Pretreatment Washer Footprint : 30' 6" Long x 24' 6" wide. This washer was installed in a horseshoe arrangement as follows: 1&2 Stages 30'6" turning left thru stage 3 for a length of 20' 6" then turning left again for a distance of 26'6" thru stages 4 & 5. Stage 5 exits right and runs thru single pass dry off oven. Stage #1 Alk Cleaner 60 second wash 500,000 btu Maxon burner ,sludge separator, and oil skimmer, Stage #2 Rinse, Ambient 30 second rinse.
