Description  

This is a Fully Robotic Machine approximately 10 foot wide, 6 foot wide, and 6 foot high, consisting of the following features:

• Loading station to handle 22" x 17" pallets with ' X ' travel approximately 12" and ' Y ' travel approximately 15"  

•  X - Y  gantry to offload palletized items.

Transfer

• Walking beam transfer module to transfer items to rotary table. 

• Pick and place transfer module with " object present - object missing" sensors.

Dispensing  -  Weighing  -  Sealing

• Fluid dispensing station capable of dispensing 6 different reagents either chilled or ambient using Cavro Syringe Pumps.

• Check weighing station to verify dispense accuracies, and a redundant check for fluid levels using Omron photo sensors.

• Foil heat sealing station to seal filled items. Vision system is incorporated into the sealing station to verify seal.

Bar Code Application  -  Labeling

• Bar code application station to dispense and apply bar code labels to items. Capability exists to incorporate an optional bar code printer to print labels "in - cycle"

• Labeling station to apply product labeling to items.

 Off Loading

• Offload station with integral " accept / reject " sensors.

Operators Console And Controls

• Operators Console with an Exor #MON-14X touch screen monitor is incorporated.

• All controls including an Allen Bradley # 1747- L532 SLC 503 processor are housed in a Hoffman # CTD 24478 enclosure. All secondary panels ..Operator Interface,  Motor Control,  and UV lamp ballast, are Hoffman enclosures.
